Social Chairwomen / January 2019 - May 2019
As Gamma Phi Beta's Social Chairwomen for the Spring of 2019, it was my job to organize all of our weekly social events with other organizations. I was also in charge of senior celebrations, welcoming the new members, and our biggest event of the year, Spring formal. I teamed up with our Financial Vice President to map out a budget, find a venue, arrange for transportation, and add fun into the memorable evening. To say this event was a success was an understatement and I am still so proud to say I was able to pull of such a successful event for about 220 people. With careful planning, we were able to add elements to the evening that we were never able to have before such as a photographer, a photo booth, awards for all seniors, superlatives voted on by the chapter (designed by me), and gift bags with Gamma Phi Beta flip flops and t-shirts.
Recruitment Video Chair / January 2021
Every year, we shoot a video that represents our sisterhood and gets new member to get a better idea of who we are and allows for them to see the bond we have with each other while they are deciding which organization they want to be apart of. This year, I was put in charge of filming our recruitment video. With our major budget cuts, we were unable to hire a professional so I took on filming, editing, styling and organizing the entire video. Following COVID guidelines, I picked spot in the city that I had made memories with other members and gathered up groups to film.
